Oxford University Russian Society is the oldest Russian student society in the UK. It was found be Felix Yusupov in 1909, but it was actively developing in the last 10-20 years or so. Currently the society covers a large number of the Russian-speaking population living in the Oxford area and organises various interesting cultural and entertainment events for its members and friends of the society. London School of Economics Russian Society is one of the largest, if not the largest, Russian student society in the UK. With almost 1000 people on the mailing list, LSE Russian Society organises cultural, entertainment and sports events.
